ABOUT
THIS happy couple - Horacio and Denyse Carpio - own and operate Cameron County Mercantile. Denyse is a Navy vet and hometown girl (who ROCKED those red shoes, dontcha think?), and Horacio is an adventurous Dallas native who fell in love with Cameron County at first sight (kinda like he fell for the aforementioned hometown girl).
